Today, I'd like to share with you a recent interview I had with RightFIVE:

Money-Monitor:  If you read our review of RIGHTfive you probably know that we found the design of RIGHT5’s website really impressive. To whom should all the credit go to?

RightFIVE: I had very specific requirements for how I wished the site to look but our designer and programmer team deserve all the credit for pulling it off. I by no means gave them an easy task when I requested a fully custom script and design but they performed above and beyond our imagination.

 

Money-Monitor:  When it comes to the concept behind the website, what or who would you call your inspiration?

RightFIVE: I have been around a while myself and seen many websites over the years. I would not exactly say I took ideas for any one place in particular but our site would contain what I would describe as the best of the better sites I have seen.

 

Money-Monitor:  What may strike right5.com’s user is that the page is extremely user-friendly. As we all know, it’s not a popular enough quality and it takes a lot of work to make a website intuitive. How long did it actually take to create right5.com?

RightFIVE: We have known for a very long time that we would take our offline operations and start providing our services as an online website based program. Silkyway has been resisted since 2010 and we have known since even before then that we wanted this. We planned out every detail of the website and by the time everything was done it would have been a good few months of solid full time work which followed many more months of slower passed work.

 

Money-Monitor:  While RIGHTfive’s “reading materials” are really interesting, as we mentioned in our review of the program, we did find some of the text on your website unoriginal – they can be found on other pages. Is it a coincidence?

RightFIVE: That was news to us indeed. I know my company best and wrote every word of the text myself. There really is no need for us to copy our text from anyone or anywhere but I do guess certain phrases or sentences will be used to describe investment activities and it is unavoidable to sometimes write things that are similar to what is written on other websites.

 

Money-Monitor:  What we know about RIGHTfive’s whereabouts so far is that the Silkyway Holdings Inc. company was registered in the Seychelles in December 2010 your IP leaves us with Providence, Utah and... That’s actually it. Could you lift the veil of mystery and tell us more about your actual location?

RightFIVE: The location of our division is on our website, address and all. Our server is however located in Providence, Utah. That is out of our control, we are hosted with BlockDos, which is a Canadian based company and they are using different datacenters hosting their clients servers all over the world. End of the day RIGHTfive is a virtual business and in terms of contact we have provided members with fast and secure channels of communication.

 

Money-Monitor: Since we can now imagine you in a real life scenario, tell us more about the way RIGHTfive operates on a daily basis. Do you go by the same rituals a regular company does or is it more of a remote job?

RightFIVE: I have regular meetings with all the team members and we all do push ourselves to do the best we possibly can and make the most out of each working day. As I mentioned just before myself and some of the other team members do in fact work from the office, not every day mind you but at least a few days a week. Everything that we do essentially can be done from any location but I do find the environment of a working office to be the place where I am most productive.

 

Money-Monitor: What’s the team behind RIGHTfive like and who are the original RIGHTfivers?

RightFIVE: We have a very good working dynamic within our current team. Everyone has their place and we run like a finely tuned ship. We did start this project quite a while back and there were only myself and Brian who put our heads together and decided to move our little operation online. Since then others working for Silkyway Holdings have seen our dream and decided to be a part of it. Now we are moving forward and won’t be looking back.

 

Money-Monitor: It seems that you waited almost two years before going online. What’s the reason of the two-year waiting period?

RightFIVE: To be completely honest with you, we really wanted everything to be perfect and ready to go. In that time we have set in place everything we require to really make a good go of this. It did take a long time to create our custom script and design. Our scripture and designer are working for us directly and the original ideas we put forward to them were changed many times for the better to incorporate exactly what we were looking for from the RIGHTfive website. In that time we have also watched the market and handpicked the best forex traders we could find to manage the funds for us.

 

Money-Monitor: Of all the possible ways to invest money you chose the rather unstable Forex market. What made you decide on this particular line of business?

RightFIVE: Forex provides the fasted and the best possible returns for someone who is experienced. We have hired a team of the best forex traders with an incredible track history of success. It is our goal each month to make a considerable amount more with the money that is deposited than what we pay back to members to build up our reserve funds and of course to pay the RIGHTfive staff.

 

Money-Monitor: Let’s talk about what’s unavoidable – the money. You offer only two plans: a RIGHTfive member can either become a Day Trader or a Week Trader. Are you planning on adding any more options, like a Weekend Trader for instance? As of now, a potential member has to decide to start a short- or a long-term relationship with you. Perhaps a solution of “somewhere in the middle” would be a nice addition?

RightFIVE: We opened RIGHTfive with the same plans we plan to keep and do not believe we require to change things up. Why try to fix something that is not broken? You can never be all things to all people and we have provided a service that is unique and with plans which are sustainable for a long future.

 

Money-Monitor: As we can read on your website, in order “To avoid the disappointment of posting debits to our clients accounts on unprofitable trading days, a reserve fund was established to cover any unexpected losses”. Could you explain how does the reserve fund work?

RightFIVE: Of course, before we even opened RIGHTfive we have had a considerable amount of money put aside to payout members if our trades become unprofitable on a certain day. Since then we are always adding large sums of money to this fund from the days we are over performing and make more than enough in returns to pay the members, pay our own wages and pay for more advertising. We currently have enough in our reserve funds to pay out every member and hope to grow this fund even more in the future.

 

Money-Monitor: You seem to be rather strict when it comes to the withdrawal policy: a user can make only one withdrawal request a day and, to top it all, it cannot be canceled. Where does this tough rule come from?

 RightFIVE: It is all about money management and managing cashflow. We are looking at the big picture here and because we make payouts only once a day, 6 days a week and only for one request per person per processor we can manage our money more effectively. This will also help us to better manage our time and know exactly how much money we have to work with in regards to our forex investments.

 

Money-Monitor: When it comes to the customer service, we can find the following message on your website, “Client relationship is built upon trust, integrity and honesty”. While it’s a beautiful thing to say, it’s a rather unattainable goal with regard to Forex businesses since there are no face-to-face meetings that are usually the best way to gain the customer’s trust and display all the integrity and honesty you can.

How do you exactly plan to convey the message in the online relationships?

RightFIVE: That is simple, we aim to prove ourselves by actions to back up our words. Sure the Forex market is not the most stable but we have factored that into our risk management and are confident that we can continue to provide a quality service to our clients for a long time to come.

 

Money-Monitor: Coming back to the customer service, RIGHTfive’s support system may seem rather basic: there is the contact form and the e-mail address only. To add to this, we couldn’t find any information regarding your working hours. Can we expect any improvements on that front?

RightFIVE: We do have a few other points you did not mention there in regards to support. We have our facebook page which we do get a number of support requests to. Secondly for our clients we have build in a support ticket system to our script. Also our marketing manager does his fair share of problem solving where possible. Of course we do need sleep but because we do not promise an instant reply service giving a maximum timeframe on how long it will take to get a response to a ticket is more than enough. If we do see future need for any change of course we will consider it when the time comes.

 

Money-Monitor: RIGHTfive supports all the major payment processors: SolidTrust Pay, EgoPay, Liberty Reserve and Perfect Money. Out of those four processors, the cooperation with which one goes the most smoothly?

RightFIVE: The payment processor that we have found to give us the least grief thus far is certainly PerfectMoney. Their service is always online, there are no problems with security and we have not had a reason to need to contact their support team.

 

Money-Monitor: As we can see on your Facebook wall, there have been some issues with Liberty Reserve, which is not surprising since LR has been getting a lot of bad press recently. How do you feel about the way they handled their recent problems?

RightFIVE: I would like to first say that they have done a very good job so far at growing their company and becoming number 1 in this industry. That said how they handled their recent downtime was not how I would have done it. I like to under promise and over deliver. If something will take me 3 days to do I will say it will take me a week to give me a bit of breathing space. People like to see you over deliver or deliver faster than promised rather than taking much longer. The downtime and upgrades were necessary but they should have done it in a more professional manor.

 

Money-Monitor: With little over 130 “likes” on Facebook and 15 Twitter followers, you are just at the very beginning of social media campaign. What are your goals when it comes to the numbers and how do you plan on achieving them?

RightFIVE: We are allowing our social media presence grow naturally at this point and are providing this service to customers who wish to contact via another medium. As time goes on we will very well consider promoting our social media presence more and will look to attain new investors who may not visit the traditional investment program websites like yourself.

 

Money-Monitor: If you were to summarize the online experience up to this very moment, what would you say? Was it as difficult, or as easy, as you imagined it would be?

RightFIVE: We did predict a very good start to our operations and that is exactly what we achieved. There have been bumps along the way including how Liberty Reserve decided to have an extended downtime just as we opened our site but all in all we have grown stronger through the hard times and thank all our members for placing their trust with us so far and certainly do look forward to working along side everyone in the future.

RightFIVE: Money-Monitor is for sure one of the trusted combined blog/monitor services in the HYIP industry. And I can see the trend copied by other monitoring services as well, to combine blogging with monitoring. I like the approach of Money-Monitor and your very positive approach.
