Hola mis amigos!
I really appreciate complicated and multifaceted books, movies or websites. It's nice to have a thing or experience that you need to get back to in order to understand all its aspects.
However, having said that, sometimes simplicity is just... nice. Especially when it's this hot and my keeps on mind going to the holidays that will not come my way any time soon. Catena Finance provided just what I needed, a nice break from reading into the innuendos, digging for the dirt and doing all the double-checking my life seems to consist of on day-to-day basis.
Catena Finance's motto, "invest with confidence", seems to sum up the general feel of the website. With the main photo of an attractive guy sitting by the sea with a laptop, the message seems to be: just lay back and we'll take care of everything. It reminds me of a SPA, somehow, and if there's something I like more than vacations, it's the whole SPA extravaganza. OK, I promise, that's my last digression, amigos... The website itself is definitely not complex or hard to navigate. Setting up an account, for instance, takes literally less than a minute and you don't need to be all that effusive; they do, however, require the full name.
Once you're a member, things do not get complicated either: the members area isn't that much different from the regular page. By the way, the website is supposedly protected against DDoS attacks, although I couldn't find any information regarding the company responsible for that. What one can easily find, on the other hand, is that the page is secured with RapidSSL certificate issued by GeoTrust Inc. on May 29, 2013 which expires within a year. As long as we're being technical, the domain was registered on March 21, 2013 and is also valid for a year. Now that you know all the details, maybe it's time to reveal what Catena Finance is all about?
According to the "About Us" section, CF "is a private investment program that is based in United Kingdom". It's one piece of information that can be confirmed without any effort since just below that statement the Certificate of Incorporation issued by Cardiff Companies House is displayed in all its glory. To add to this, thanks to companieshouse.gov.uk, a further search takes less than a couple of seconds and we now know that Catena Finance's headquarters is on 236 Gray's Inn Road, Floor 7 in London. Furthermore, the company was incorporated on April 15, 2013. Going back to the "About Us", one will find that, unfortunately, the remaining information regarding the company's creators and employees is rather bland:
"We are an online division of a company that has dealt with the investment market for more than four years. Over the past years, our managers have gained knowledge and experience, which provide high returns with a very low loss rate".
Luckily, the investment plans are covered in great detail: there are two plans to choose from, that is a daily and a weekly plan. The daily plan offers 2% a day, which is paid "on each working day", Monday to Friday, for 365 days. The weekly plan offers 11% for 55 weeks. Both plans start at just $1 with the principal's return guaranteed: as they wrote on the page, "the profits won't reach the sky, but your principal is safe". Compounding is always available and there's no maximum investment amount set.
According to the informative FAQ section, payouts don't take that long and funds are usually available within 24 business hours". Catena Finance accepts SolidTrustPay, Perfect Money and EgoPay. The minimum withdrawal amount depends on the processor of your choosing: "on Perfect Money it is 0.01 USD. The minimum is 1 USD for EgoPay and 0.5 USD for SolidTrustPay". If you're interested in an affiliate program, Catena Finance offers a three-leveled one, with commission ranging from 2% to 5%.
As you can see, for a program that has been online little over two weeks, Catena Finance is well-prepared. To be honest, CF reminds me of a student who's done his/her homework and is not afraid to show it. If only they provided us with some other ways of communication than the sole contact form, we'd tell them that we appreciate the effort, right amigos?
