BestInvestmentClubHola mis amigos!

I don’t know about you but I’m getting tired of not being on vacation. I mean, what’s up with that? Is it me or has the world turned and I’m suddenly in a “no vacation” zone? I catch myself thinking about Christmas, of all things, and I just can’t believe it’s not, like, next week.

The programs are celebrating anniversaries, new additions, new headquarters, and I’m stuck in front of my PC without any hope for a celebration. How about you, amigos? Any mid-October breaks ahead of you? I know I’m a bad person, but I really hope that you’re as stuck as me. No offence, but that’s the truth about me. Live with it.

Anyway, last week we welcomed two new programs into our money-monitor family: Best Investment Club and TradingBanque. I realize that both names sound somewhat serious and evoke some distant memories of Swiss yacht clubs and what not, so let’s check them out, shall we?

NEW PROGRAMS

BEST INVESTMENT CLUB LTD

Don’t let the looks fool you: Best Investment Club Ltd. is not another Facebook page. Despite the design, it’s actually a normal website with everything you need to know about investing online. It’s not the most user-friendly page I’ve seen, but it could be a nice treat for all Forex newbies: you have the “About Forex” section, an “investing Guide” and a decent FAQ segment. The “About Us” part could be far more extensive, on the other hand, but you can read all the cliches that 90% of companies usually put in there: “Best Investment Club is a global leader in alternative investments” or “Our service to investors and merchants is based on three main principles: guarantee, stability and no risk” and “Best Investment Club provides investments to global users and payment-processing services to the European largest financial services providers, to the merchant around the corner, and to businesses of all sizes”. So, basically, they invest stuff. A slightly more informative version can be found in the FAQ section where we read that “Best Investment Club Ltd. invests in innovative markets dealing in stocks Forex, foreign exchange and investment options”.

It’s a pity that one can’t actually find any location-related information on the website. According to http://domainsigma.com, the server is in the Netherlands, the domain was registered on the 30th of June 2012 and expires within a year. Maybe in some kind of exchange for not divulging their personal information, they don’t ask much about the potential member: name and e-mail address should suffice. As you can imagine, setting up an account is quick and painless, and once you’re a member (and you’re only allowed one account), you can start investing. There are three plans to choose from: Starter, Advanced and Premium Package, each lasts 20 business days (they don’t pay “on weekends and public holidays”), there is no compounding option but you can reinvest your profit (“[y]our daily income can be partially or completely added to your current deposit amount”) and cancel the plan any time you’d like. In fact, the principal is returnable as well and “you can request for fund termination anytime” but your initial deposit will be cut by 40%. The main difference between the plans is the money you need to enter: Starter takes at least $5 (up to $5,000), Advanced costs $5,001 to $10,000 and to become a Premium investor you need $10,001-100,000 and the daily profit you get: 7% for Starter, 8% for Advanced and 9% for Premium. Withdrawals start at $0.10 and the requests are processed within 24 hours. You can use Liberty Reserve, Perfect Money and EgoPay.
